Our com­ple­te packa­ge includes over­all coor­di­na­ti­on of all ser­vices. From the appli­ca­ti­on for the chan­ge of use to the instal­la­ti­on of the last kit­chen cabinet.

A fire pro­tec­tion report is pre­pared and the neces­sa­ry mea­su­res are implemented.

Fire walls are set, fire-retar­dant cei­lings are instal­led and a smo­ke detec­tion sys­tem is integrated.

After addi­tio­nal exten­si­on of the hea­ting and air con­di­tio­ning sys­tem, as well as water instal­la­ti­ons, inte­ri­or finis­hing, final pain­ting work, final clea­ning and gar­den main­ten­an­ce, the new ten­ant can move in.
